Coping with stress<\/span><\/h4>\n

The coaching I had with Bettina regarding how to cope with stress in my job took place in a very casual atmosphere which I really appreciated. Bettina is a very good listener and has the ability to ask smart questions that helped me to listen to myself much better.<\/p>\n

The questions Bettina asked are paired with sensitivity and acknowledgment which gave me the sense of being in good hands all the time with my problem.<\/p>\n

Due to the positive way of describing my character trait I felt comfortable all time and nevertheless I got encouraged to think about why I cannot cope with stress right now.<\/p>\n
