Mit unserem Körper können wir positiv (und natürlich auch negativ) auf unser Wohlbefinden einwirken.
In meinem letzten Beitrag ging es um Leute, die uns herausfordern, insbesondere im beruflichen Umfeld. Solche Menschen können uns manchmal viel abverlangen. Sie geben uns aber auch die Möglichkeit zu wachsen und uns zu entwickeln.
